Read the testimonials below from some of the families and couples I have worked with to learn why I am a trusted naming, wedding and funeral celebrant.

We just wanted to say a big thank you to you for Mum’s funeral ceremony.  You delivered it with great professionalism, clarity and respect. The family all felt that it was as perfect as you could get to celebrating Mum’s life and achievements in such an uplifting manner. Everyone who attended also commented on what a fitting tribute it was to her.  We will always be so grateful to you for all your efforts in making what is a very poignant event so uplifting, so once again our deepest thanks.

NAMING CEREMONY

Kay did the most incredible job at our daughter’s naming ceremony. She was amazing in the weeks leading up, listening to what we wanted, crafting a ceremony to match and in constant comms until the day to ensure we will fully comfortable and aligned. On the day she exceeded our expectations and gave us the most beautiful ceremony and memories we will treasure forever.

I wanted to thank you for your kindness and for providing the most beautiful service for Mum.
I’ve had so many lovely comments and messages saying how special it was to hear all about the life of someone they thought they knew, she was a truly amazing woman and will be greatly missed.

We just wanted to express our thanks to you for the wonderful ceremony you put together for the funeral on Monday.

The ceremony was very well written and beautifully delivered and really helped make a very difficult day a little bit easier.

We had quite a few people comment on what a lovely service it was and how it help bring back many memories.

I wanted to thank you so much for all the help you gave me for the funeral. The poems and your words were a comfort and you added great dignity to the whole event.  I thought that the Crematorium was so beautifully designed and that we were able to say our farewell to our aunt with all your support.  It was a sad day as I was very fond her, however her death was a release from all the suffering she had with dementia

Had some really nice feedback and guests noted that they had found out things about Dad that they were not aware of, so educational as well.

You are a wonderful public speaker, with a flowing musical style that added some real warmth to the service, a very special skill

J G, Bewdley, Worcs – March 2021

Words can’t express how grateful I am for all you have done regarding Tony’s funeral service.  Your telephone conversations have been a source of warmth and comfort.  Nothing has been too much trouble and for that you will always have my gratitude.

The support we received when working with Kay was sensitive, and appropriate. The service was very special. Thank you.

We met Celebrant Kay Poole following the death of our Dad in December 2020. Our emotions were raw but with professional and sympathetic support Kay encouraged us to speak openly about dad and his life. Kay took all our words and created a beautiful service for dads funeral on the 30th December. All at the service were moved by her tender delivery of his life and loves.
I would highly recommend Kay Poole celebrant services to anyone who is going through grief of losing a loved one.

We were having difficulty knowing what to do about a celebrant for my brother in law’s funeral.  John was not a religious person but we wanted someone who could celebrate his life and recollect memories to all his relatives and friends at his service.
Kay was recommended to us.  She came to see us and spent a considerable amount of time asking about John and his life. She did an amazing and thorough job of researching his life and created the most wonderful and unique service, which was delivered in the most loving and sensitive way.
People who came from all parts of the country to his funeral, all remarked what a wonderful job Kay had done recalling his life, almost as if she had had the pleasure of knowing John personally and that she had done John proud, we cannot thank her enough.
Whenever we have the sad news that loved ones, friends or colleagues have unfortunately passed, giving them Kay’s details is a must, in the sure knowledge that she will create a truly unique, one off ceremony, exactly as you want it to be.
We cannot thank her or recommend her enough and we know that she treats each funeral ceremony as a personal act of love and sincerity.

Losing my Dad was, as anyone would expect one of the most difficult times of my life. Kay helped me so much. Although the funeral was the first one she had undertaken I had no hesitation whatsoever asking her to help me. Her kind, compassionate approach was so comforting. She worked with me to shape the ceremony into exactly what I know my Dad would have wanted. I cannot recommend Kay highly enough. She is a true professional.
